At Ravenzo, we hold the craftsmanship of our menswear to the highest standard. We intend for every piece to meet your exact expectations. Should you find it necessary to return an item, please refer to our comprehensive policy below, which is strictly aligned with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1.1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

  • Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement via email to costumer@ravenzo.store. You may use our model cancellation form (available upon request), though it is not mandatory.

1.2. Conditions of Return To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned:

  • In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • With all original Ravenzo tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

  • In the original packaging to ensure the garments remain in pristine condition during transit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

1.3. Refund Procedure & Timeline

  • Timeframe: Upon receipt of your returned goods, our inspection team will verify the condition of the items. Once approved, we will process your refund without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned items.

  • Method of Refund: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.

  • Delivery Charges: We will refund the cost of the standard delivery method. Please note that if you opted for a premium or express delivery service, the difference between that and our standard rate will not be reimbursed.

1.4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Short-Term Right to Reject) We take pride in our quality control. However, should an item be faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described:

  • You have the "Short-Term Right to Reject" the goods within 30 days of purchase.

  • If a fault is identified, please contact costumer@ravenzo.store immediately, providing photographic evidence and your order number.

  • We will arrange for the return of the faulty goods at our expense and offer you the choice of a full refund, a repair, or a replacement, depending on the nature of the defect.

1.5. Exceptions Please note that items personalised or made to your specific measurements (bespoke/tailored services) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right unless the goods are found to be faulty.
