  • Processing Time: Your garments are meticulously inspected and prepared for shipment at our headquarters. Processing typically occurs within 1 to 3 working days.

  • Legal Delivery Deadline: In accordance with UK consumer law, we guarantee that your order will be delivered within 30 days of the date we accept your order, unless otherwise explicitly agreed at the time of purchase.

  • Estimates: While we endeavour to ensure that delivery occurs within the timeframes presented at checkout, external factors may occasionally influence transit times. We shall notify you promptly should any unforeseen delay arise.

2.2. Risk of Loss or Damage

  • In compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, please be advised that the risk of loss or accidental damage to the goods remains with Ravenzo until the items are in your physical possession or in the possession of a third party nominated by you to receive the delivery.

  • Should your parcel arrive with the packaging damaged or showing signs of tampering, we kindly recommend that you refuse the delivery or contact us immediately at costumer@ravenzo.store so we may resolve the issue.

2.3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer a selection of premium shipping options, the costs and delivery windows for which are clearly displayed at the checkout on our domain, ravenzo.store.

  • We utilise only trusted courier services that provide comprehensive tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking reference, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.

2.4. Delivery Addresses and Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Ravenzo shall not be held liable for delays or loss of items resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

  • For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

2.5. International Shipping

  • For deliveries destined outside of the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees, or taxes imposed by the local legislation of the destination country.
